Q: Why do I have to log in?
A: You must log in to place your order. Log in also offers many benefits to you. For example, you will be able to retrieve previous orders.

Q: Do we have a Federal I.D. #?
A: Yes. Federal I.D. #45-4275039

Q: Do we offer discounts?
A: Yes! We offer specials and discounts from time to time. Just sign up for our email specials and we will notify you of them!

Q: Can I create a wish list?
A: You can create a list to compare products as you shop.

Q: Can I order a sample before I place the actual order?
A: Yes. In fact, we encourage you to either create a virtual sample or order an actual sample.

Q: What kind of artwork do we need?

A: Vector artwork. We accept the following file types: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Freehand. We also accept vector-based .eps, .ai, .pdf.

Q: Where should I send my artwork?
A: You can submit it with your order or you can send it to artwork@thepromocafe.com.

Q: What if I started creating an order but couldn’t finish it at that time?
A: It all depends on your computer’s cache settings. The good news is that we can retrieve “incomplete” orders for 7 days after you created them even if your shopping cart is empty!

Q: Is there a minimum amount for placing an order?
A: Yes. $100.00 minimum order (excludes shipping and tax)

Q: What if shipping isn’t calculated when I place my order?
A: There are times that shipping cannot be calculated based on estimated shipping costs because of the many variables. For example, freight can vary based on a lot of factors such as weight, breakables, edibles and overall insurance of shipments. Therefore, shipping and handling must be calculated when product is ready to ship to guarantee accuracy. Please note: even shipping costs that are calculated at time of order submission may be subject to change.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes. We subscribe to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Q: What if I need the order for a specific date?
A: No problem! Just make sure we know the date and we have enough time to ship it.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Create an account and login. You can select products on the individual pages and add items to your shopping cart. Just check out and place your order.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: The Promo Café, LLC is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for services and goods shipped to New York.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Credit card or check.

Q: What if I receive more or less than I order?
A: We try our best to fulfill your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit your charge card or account for up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity.

Q: When is payment due?
A: If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged when the order ships. If you pay by check, our terms are net 15 days. Customer service may ask for 3 credit references before order approval. This is requested on a random basis.
